We added ductless to the old side of the house. I was worried about how the unit would look in the old living room, right next to the cozy fireplace. But the reward of warmth far outweighs any aesthetics involved.
I can stand at the sink at the kitchen and not feel cold feet at my ankles.
I can walk into the living room and it feels so good.
The first morning I had to take my hoody off and change from slippers to flip flops. That is a first for this place!
We added a unit in the guest bedroom as well. That room is toasty as well.
Because the back of the house is so small (probably only about 1,000 square feet), we didn’t add units to my office or the little back bedroom. The salesman seemed pretty confident that both units would do the job for the whole space. It does. It is so much more comfortable to be back here.
This was a good investment.
