I make a lot of pies. The smooth countertops here are lovely for both rolling out dough and cleaning up the mess.
Our last home had tile countertops and it was hard to both roll out the dough and, worse, clean the counters when I was done.
We hope to change out the countertops and cabinets in a few months but I definitely know that I will be looking for something smooth and as easy to clean as this one is.
