
One of my favorite things to do with nasturtiums is to make them into these lovely hors d’oeuvres.
Recipe:
- Cherry Tomato; halved or quartered
- Queso fresco; fried or other soft, mild cheese
- Nasturtium leaf and flower petal
- Cracker base
I like how beautiful they are. The flavor of a nasturtium leaf is slightly spicy and makes for a unique treat.
