Cleaning the garage, or should I say, organizing it, has kept us busy for a couple of days. I can see the garage floor now and even the workbench is becoming visible.
I bought a bunch of nails to put that shed together, but it turns out that I had many more nails than I ever would have needed if I’d just known I had them.
As long as I can remember, there has been an old wooden box in the garage about the size of a shoebox filled with galvanized nails. We should have thought of using these for the shed.
At any rate, while organizing, I dumped it out to sort through what it contained. Lots of 8d nails, some smaller and larger were in there as well.
I also found a stray plant bulb that may be decades old. We are going to plant it soon to see what comes up.
